Mrs. Pamela Ratliff Obituary

Pamela Annette Campbell Ratliff was born Jan 7, 1956, to Jacob and Lillie Campbell in Chapel Hill, NC. Pamela departed this earthly earth on March 4, 2023, with her family by her side.

Pamela (also known as Pam or Net) attended school in Chapel Hill. At an early age, Pam had an interest in cooking and decided to pursue 30 + years in culinary. Pam's dedication and hard work allowed her to touch the lives of the people at the Chapel Hill Country Club as a Sous Chef and where she met her husband, Bobby Ratliff. Pam continued her work at The Umstead at the Pine Country Club where she later retired.

Pam departed this life a proud member of NOWCHURCH in Chapel Hill, NC. She was an awesome Wife, Mother, and Nana who loved her family. On Oct 29, 1988 Pam married Bobby Ratliff. They have been married for 35 years. Her kids and grandkids were her heart and joy. "Nana" is what they called

her, and she was their Nana and there's no denying that! Her "grand babies" as she called them, were the people she loved the most. Whether time was spent at Nana's house, or morning and afternoon car rides to school, or basketball games, or birthday parties. Her family was her world. Pam had this infectious smile that could light any room and warm any heart. She was Ma Pam and Nana to so many others that her kids and grandchildren had to lovingly share her.

Pamela Annette Campbell was preceded in death by her parents Jacob & Lillie Campbell, her granddaughters Anais & Domino, her siblings Sadie, Butch, Ronnie and Al. she leaves behind in the home husband Bobby Ratliff. She leaves behind a daughter Kasu Edwards (Daniel Edwards), son Clarence Campbell (Jennifer Campbell), son Geonte Ratliff (Linetta Ratliff).
